Decaf Martir

Sugarcane ethyl-acetate decaf from Grupo Martír, an association of neighboring smallholdings outside La Plata, Huila. Whole cherries rest 36 hours in airlock-sealed barrels (carbonic-style), are depulped, then ferment underwater for 24 hours before washing and drying. Sweet and pleasantly fruity with baked apple, cherry, and brown sugar.
