Pavement Coffeehouse

Pavement Coffeehouse has been bringing Boston together one cup at a time since 2009, with eight neighborhood cafes spread across the city and a roasting program built around carefully sourced, in-season coffees from family-owned farms and regional co-ops worldwide. Their name says it all: pavement connects us, gets us where we want to go, and brings people together. True to that spirit, Pavement was the first Boston coffee company to offer pour overs in their cafes, and they've been leading the city's specialty coffee scene ever since. Eclectic yet approachable, neighborhood-rooted but world-sourced. In the cup, expect beautifully balanced, nuanced coffees that highlight the distinctive qualities of each origin. Start Here: Ethiopia Shoondhisa Natural, a longstanding personal obsession with bright strawberry jam sweetness, dried fruit depth, and a cocoa-dusted Fig Newton finish.
