Waikiki Coffee
Waikiki Coffee is a labor of love from two longtime Seattle coffee professionals who, like many Seattleites, escape to Hawaii during the city's coldest, rainiest months. Inspired by those Hawaiian getaways, they built a sourcing program dedicated to small, family-run Hawaiian coffee farms, bringing the Aloha spirit back to the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Their lots are so small and so exclusive that you won't find them in cafes or restaurants. Bean Box is one of the only places to get them. Beyond Hawaii, Waikiki also works directly with small farms in Colombia, Brazil, and Ethiopia for their Hawaiian-inspired blends. A tiny operation with a very big heart and some of the most exclusive coffee on the platform. In the cup, expect smooth, rich, beautifully distinctive Hawaiian coffees with the rare clarity of flavor that only volcanic island terroir can produce. Start Here: 100% Fancy Kona, sourced from Greenwell Farms, a family operation established in 1850 and still run by the founder's great-grandson. Dark chocolate, nut butter, and a lingering tropical fruit finish of mango and passion fruit. Kona is to coffee what Napa is to wine. This one proves it.
