Camber was founded in 2015 by three certified Q-graders with a shared obsession: coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity, and balance. Awards came fast, but the team stayed humble, cupping every single roast to make sure the standard never slips. Named Best Coffee in Washington State by Food & Wine in 2018, Camber has become a quiet powerhouse, partnering with some of the most respected cafes and restaurants in the country. Their Bellingham flagship, which opened in 2017, pairs their coffees with fresh, creative food and is exactly the kind of place you'd drive out of your way for. Start Here: Big Joy Blend, a Guatemala two-origin blend from Huehuetenango and Cobán with densely sweet, complex sugar flavors and a crisp fruit character.
