Founded in Providence in 2012 — starting from a single cart at weddings and a downtown pop-up — Bolt Coffee Co. has grown into a Rhode Island institution, with three cafe locations, a full roasting facility, and a Food & Wine Best Roaster in Rhode Island nod to their name. What sets them apart is the depth of expertise behind the operation: serious roasting chops, sustainable green coffee sourcing, and a genuine commitment to their staff and community. We tasted through a lot of New England roasters before landing here, and Bolt earned their spot immediately. Start Here: Seven Hills Blend — named after Providence's seven hills, it's Bolt's cafe signature for good reason. Silky cocoa, malted chocolate, a whisper of berry brightness.
