Today, DCDS is headquartered in Lake Tahoe at 6,000 feet, and that altitude is more than just a vibe. High-elevation roasting gives them a genuine technical advantage: cooler, thinner air produces sweeter, less bitter roasts that consistently reveal the origin character of each bean.
