Today, Sightglass operates two roasteries, four flagship cafes, and over 500 wholesale accounts nationwide, and has quietly become one of the top coffee producers in the world. All of their coffees are USDA Certified Organic, sourced directly from smallholder farms whose commitment to sustainable, freshly harvested coffee matches their own. Small-batch roasting, meticulous attention to detail, and a San Francisco independent spirit that has never wavered.
