Noble Coffee Roasting was born from a simple but powerful philosophy: quality matters, and organic matters. Founder Jared Rennie named the company after his grandfather, Noble Dukes, and set out in 2007 with a Probat roaster in his garage and a pallet of green coffee from around the world. Today, Noble is one of the most decorated specialty roasters in the country. Food & Wine's Best Coffee in Oregon in both 2018 and 2022. Eight Good Food Awards.
