Smallholder washed lot from the Bosecha kebele of Nensebo woreda in West Arsi — cherries depulped within hours of harvest at the Gara Tunise wet mill, fermented 36-48 hours in cement tanks, then dried on raised beds under parabolic shade. White flowers, lime, and clementine.
