Roseline Coffee

Roseline Coffee is a boutique Portland roaster founded in 2012, named for two things: Portland's romantic nickname, Rose City, and the delicate line that divides a latte art rosetta into two perfect symmetrical segments. That little line represents their standard, the precise point that separates good coffee from great coffee. Focused, limited-menu, and obsessively consistent, Roseline sources distinctive single origins that marry sweet, juicy flavors with syrupy depth. Their tasting notes read like French macaron flavors: honey, lemon, apricot, almond. Grinding their beans is like bringing a bouquet of fresh flowers into your kitchen. In the cup, expect beautifully expressive, fruit-forward single origins with the elegance and precision of a Portland original. Would coffee by any other name taste as sweet? Start Here: Colombia Chachagüí Natural, an intensely sweet, fruit-bomb natural from Nariño with strawberry jam, grape candy, and a fizzy raspberry lambic finish. Light, refreshing, and absolutely made for sipping over ice.
